The Calendly connector for Muse

Your Calendly, minus the dashboard.

The Calendly connector covers the full scheduling surface: read scheduled events, inspect event types, check invitees and availability schedules — and cancel bookings when plans change. It is the "deal with my calendar" connector for the Calendly crowd.

Cancellations are the quiet killer feature: "cancel my 2pm Thursday and find us another time" handled in one breath, invitee notified through the normal Calendly flow.

Safety notes

  • Cancellations always confirm with you — and they trigger Calendly’s normal notifications to invitees.
  • Muse can’t edit your event-type configurations.
  • This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.

How to connect Calendly

Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Calendly account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.

Questions

Will the invitee know if Muse cancels a meeting?

Yes, cancellations go through Calendly, so the invitee gets the standard cancellation notice.

Can Muse reschedule, not just cancel?

It cancels and rebooks in one flow with your approval at each step, so the invitee experience stays clean.
