LiveThe Zoom connector for Muse
Meetings you missed, summarized like you were there.
The Zoom connector gives Muse access to your meetings and recordings. Skip the playback: get the decisions, the action items, and the parts where your name came up.
Pair it with Asana or Notion and the loop closes itself — call ends, tasks appear, notes file themselves.
What Muse can do with Zoom
- Summarize recordings: decisions, action items, open questions
- Find the moment a specific topic came up
- List upcoming meetings with context from the invite
- Extract quotes and commitments by speaker
Try asking
- “Summarize yesterday’s product review — what did we decide?”
- “Find where they discussed pricing in the sales call recording.”
- “What meetings do I have tomorrow and what should I prep?”
Safety notes
- Muse only accesses recordings your Zoom account can see.
- It can’t join meetings or record on its own.
How to connect Zoom
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Zoom account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Does Muse need the meeting to be recorded?
Yes — it works from Zoom’s cloud recordings and transcripts, so the meeting needs recording enabled.
