LiveThe Asana connector for Muse
Projects and tasks without the tab-hopping.
The Asana connector brings your projects into conversation. Ask what’s due, what’s blocked, or what your team is working on — and get answers instead of dashboards.
It’s most useful as a daily driver: "what should I work on first" answered from your actual task list, not a generic productivity platitude.
What Muse can do with Asana
- List tasks by project, assignee, due date, or status
- Create tasks with descriptions, due dates, and assignees
- Summarize project status: what’s on track, what’s stuck
- Turn meeting notes into assigned tasks
Try asking
- “What’s due this week across all my projects?”
- “Create a task for Jordan to review the proposal by Friday.”
- “Which tasks in the launch project have no owner?”
Safety notes
- Creating tasks is fine; reassigning or deleting asks first.
- Muse only sees projects your Asana account can access.
How to connect Asana
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Asana account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse mark my tasks complete?
It can, with your confirmation — handy for clearing routine items, but you’ll always see what it’s about to check off.
