LiveThe Todoist connector for Muse
The to-do list you can just talk to.
The Todoist connector lets Muse list your tasks, create new ones, and mark them done. Capture thoughts as they come, then ask what needs doing — the list manages itself around your words.
It pairs well with everything else Muse knows: "add a task to email the accountant about the invoice Muse found" closes loops across tools in one breath.
What Muse can do with Todoist
- List tasks by project, label, priority, or due date
- Create tasks with natural-language dates like "next Friday"
- Mark tasks complete as you finish them
- Review overdue items and replan the day
Try asking
- “Add "review the proposal" for tomorrow morning, high priority.”
- “What’s overdue right now?”
- “Mark the dentist appointment done and tell me what’s next today.”
Safety notes
- Task completion asks for confirmation so finished work isn’t faked.
- Muse only sees the Todoist projects your account can access.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Todoist
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Todoist account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Does it understand natural dates like "tomorrow"?
Yes — "tomorrow," "next Friday," and "in two weeks" all parse correctly when creating tasks.
Can Muse organize tasks into projects for me?
It can create tasks in specific projects and apply labels. Full project restructuring is easier in the Todoist app.
