LiveThe Plain connector for Muse
Support threads, triaged like email.
The Plain connector manages customer support: find customers, read and triage threads, draft replies for approval, and flag what’s urgent. Your support queue, handled like an inbox.
Support teams use it as the morning sweep: what’s waiting, what’s hot, what’s been sitting.

Can Muse close support threads?
