LiveThe beehiiv connector for Muse
Your newsletter, manageable by asking.
The beehiiv connector puts your newsletter operation inside Muse: list publications, subscribers, and posts, and add subscribers without opening the dashboard. Audience questions get instant answers (growth, churn, top posts) straight from the source.
For solo publishers it removes the context-switching tax: check stats, manage the list, and prep the next send from one conversation.
What Muse can do with beehiiv
- List publications, posts, and subscriber segments
- Add new subscribers to your list
- Report growth, opens, and top-performing posts
- Look up individual subscriber details
Try asking
- “How many subscribers did we add this week, and which post drove the most?”
- “Add jordan@example.com to the newsletter.”
- “What were my five best-performing posts last month?”
Safety notes
- Adding subscribers confirms the address with you first.
- Muse can’t send campaigns on its own — sends stay in beehiiv under your control.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect beehiiv
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your beehiiv account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse send my newsletter for me?
No. The connector manages lists and reports stats. Composing and sending campaigns stays in beehiiv, where you control the send button.
Does it handle multiple publications?
Yes. If you run more than one beehiiv publication, Muse can work across them — just name which one you mean.
