LiveThe HTML Docs connector for Muse
Shared documents you can search, read, and revise by asking.
The HTML Docs connector plugs Muse into your collaborative documents. It can search across them, read the contents, create new ones, and apply edits — so the doc you half-remember becomes a question instead of a hunt.
It’s handy for living documents that go stale: ask Muse to review a page against what’s actually true now, and get suggested updates back.
What Muse can do with HTML Docs
- Search across your document library with natural language
- Read full document contents on demand
- Create new documents from a brief or outline
- Edit and review existing drafts with your confirmation
Try asking
- “Find the doc with our launch plan and summarize it.”
- “Draft a one-page meeting agenda doc for Friday.”
- “Review the onboarding doc and flag anything outdated.”
Safety notes
- Creating or editing documents asks for your confirmation first.
- Muse only touches the documents your request involves.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect HTML Docs
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your HTML Docs account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse rewrite a document without asking me?
No — edits are confirmation-gated. Muse shows what it plans to change and waits for your approval.
Does it work with private team documents?
It works with whatever your connected account can access, team-shared or personal.
