LiveThe ClickUp connector for Muse
Workspaces and tasks, without the clicking.
The ClickUp connector brings your workspaces and tasks into conversation: list what’s where, check statuses, and create tasks with the details filled in. For teams living in ClickUp, it is a fast way to get oriented — "what’s actually in flight" answered from the real data.
Task creation from conversation is the daily win: describe the work once and Muse files it in the right list with priority, assignee, and due date.
What Muse can do with ClickUp
- List workspaces, lists, and tasks
- Filter tasks by status, assignee, or due date
- Create tasks with descriptions and metadata
- Summarize what a team or project has in flight
Try asking
- “What’s overdue across all my workspaces?”
- “Create a task in the Website list: "Fix mobile nav overlap", high priority, due Friday.”
- “Summarize everything assigned to me this week.”
Safety notes
- Creating tasks is straightforward; deleting or reassigning asks first.
- Scoped to the ClickUp workspaces your account can access.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect ClickUp
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your ClickUp account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse move tasks between lists?
It can, with your confirmation — useful for triage sessions, but you’ll always see the move before it happens.
Does it understand ClickUp’s custom fields?
Muse reads your workspace structure including custom fields, and fills them when you provide the values.
