LiveThe Attio connector for Muse
Your CRM, updatable mid-conversation.
The Attio connector makes your CRM conversational. Query records, upsert by matching attributes, add notes and tasks — the daily CRM chores that normally mean clicking through list views, handled by asking.
It is especially good at the "just got off a call" workflow: dictate what happened and Muse files the notes, updates the record, and queues the follow-up task.
What Muse can do with Attio
- Query CRM records with natural-language filters
- Upsert records matched on attributes like email or company
- Add notes to people and company records
- Create follow-up tasks tied to records
Try asking
- “Find every contact at companies with over 200 employees we haven’t touched in 60 days.”
- “Log a note on Sarah Chen’s record: great intro call, wants pricing by Friday.”
- “Update Acme Corp’s stage to negotiation and add a follow-up task for next week.”
Safety notes
- Record updates and upserts confirm with you before writing.
- Muse matches on the attributes you specify to avoid creating duplicates.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Attio
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Attio account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
How does upsert avoid duplicate records?
You tell Muse which attribute to match on, email, company domain, etc. — and it updates the existing record instead of creating a new one.
Can it bulk-import a list?
Yes, with your confirmation on the field mapping first. It validates the mapping against your Attio schema before writing anything.
