LiveThe Airtable connector for Muse
Your bases, queried like a database and read like a doc.
The Airtable connector lets Muse list your bases, read table records, and add new rows. Anything you track in Airtable — content calendars, CRMs, inventories, project trackers — becomes something you can question in plain language instead of filtering views by hand.
It is a natural fit for the "turn this conversation into structured data" pattern: describe what happened in a meeting and Muse files it as a proper record, fields filled, no copy-paste.
What Muse can do with Airtable
- List bases and explore table schemas on the connected account
- Read and filter records with natural-language queries
- Add new records with fields filled from your description
- Summarize what changed across a table or view
Try asking
- “Show me every open deal in the sales pipeline over $10k.”
- “Add a content idea to the editorial calendar: a Muse vs ChatGPT comparison, due next Friday.”
- “Which tasks in the launch tracker are still missing an owner?”
Safety notes
- Adding records is a write action. Muse confirms what it plans to add first.
- Muse only touches the bases and tables your request names.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Airtable
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Airtable account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse delete or overwrite Airtable records?
The connector reads tables and adds records. Anything destructive gets flagged for your explicit approval before it happens.
Does it work with linked records and attachments?
Muse can read linked-record relationships and see attachment metadata, so it can follow connections across tables the way you would in the Airtable UI.
