LiveThe Zep connector for Muse
Agent memory that actually remembers.
The Zep connector gives Muse access to Zep’s agent memory layer. Conversations, facts, and context persist across sessions, so agents stop forgetting what happened yesterday.
Builders use it when their agents need continuity: customer history, project context, and decisions that carry forward — retrievable the moment they matter.
What Muse can do with Zep
- Store conversation history and facts for long-term recall
- Retrieve relevant context by topic or time
- Maintain memory across sessions and agents
- Build agents that remember users and projects
Try asking
- “What did we discuss with this client last month?”
- “Remember that the team switched to weekly deploys on Fridays.”
- “Pull up everything we know about the onboarding project.”
Safety notes
- Stored memory persists — review what’s saved for sensitive context.
- Muse recalls what’s relevant, not your entire memory store.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Zep
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Zep account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
How is Zep different from Supermemory?
Both provide agent memory. Zep focuses on conversation-graph memory with temporal context, while Supermemory emphasizes hybrid document search. The right choice depends on your use case.
Can I delete stored memories?
Yes, ask Muse to remove specific entries, and confirm what gets deleted.
