LiveThe Tesla Powerwall connector for Muse
Your home energy, visible and adjustable by asking.
The Tesla Powerwall connector lets Muse monitor and control your Tesla energy site: live power flows, battery state of charge, backup reserve settings, and operation mode. Your home’s energy becomes something you can check like the weather.
During storms or outages, it’s genuinely useful — "how much backup do we have, and are we in the right mode" answered in seconds.
What Muse can do with Tesla Powerwall
- Read live power flows: solar, grid, home, and battery
- Check battery state of charge and health
- Adjust backup reserve percentage
- Switch operation modes for storms or savings
Try asking
- “How much backup power do we have right now?”
- “Switch to storm watch mode. There’s a warning tonight.”
- “How much solar did we generate today versus what the house used?”
Safety notes
- Mode and reserve changes affect your home’s energy behavior — Muse confirms first.
- In an outage, verify critical settings in the Tesla app as well.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Tesla Powerwall
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Tesla Powerwall account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse optimize my energy settings automatically?
It can suggest and apply mode or reserve changes with your approval, but ongoing optimization rules are best set in the Tesla app’s own scheduling.
Does it work with multiple Powerwalls?
Yes. It reads the whole energy site, so stacked Powerwalls and solar show up as one system.
