LiveThe Tesla Fleet API connector for Muse
Official Tesla control: charge, lock, precondition, navigate.
The Tesla Fleet API connector gives Muse official control of your Tesla vehicles: read vehicle state, lock and unlock, manage charging, precondition the cabin, toggle Sentry Mode, and send navigation destinations.
Because it uses Tesla’s official Fleet API rather than reverse-engineered endpoints, it’s the supported path — the same API Tesla’s own apps build on.
What Muse can do with Tesla Fleet API
- Read vehicle state: location, battery, odometer, tire pressure
- Lock, unlock, and remote-start vehicles
- Start or stop charging and set charge limits
- Precondition the cabin and toggle Sentry Mode
- Send navigation destinations to the car
Try asking
- “How much charge does the Model Y have, and is Sentry Mode on?”
- “Precondition the car. I’m leaving in 20 minutes.”
- “Lock the Tesla and send the office address to its navigation.”
Safety notes
- Vehicle commands are confirmation-gated — Muse always confirms before acting.
- Location and vehicle data are sensitive; guard who can ask.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Tesla Fleet API
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Tesla Fleet API account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Is this the official Tesla API?
Yes. It uses Tesla’s official Fleet API, which requires proper developer registration and vehicle authorization, unlike older unofficial approaches.
Can Muse drive the car or summon it?
No. The connector covers state, locks, charging, climate, Sentry Mode, and navigation, not driving functions.
