LiveThe Square connector for Muse
Your seller account, reportable in plain language.
The Square connector brings your seller account into conversation: locations, payments, orders, Terminal checkouts, and refunds. Ask how the day went at any location and get numbers instead of reports.
Retail and food businesses use it as the end-of-day check (sales by location, top items, refunds issued) without exporting anything from the Square dashboard.
What Muse can do with Square
- Report payments and orders by location and period
- Look up individual payments and order details
- Initiate Terminal checkouts and process refunds (with approval)
- Track sales trends across locations
Try asking
- “How did the downtown location do today?”
- “Refund the customer’s $42 charge from this morning.”
- “What were our top-selling items this week?”
Safety notes
- Refunds and checkouts move real money — Muse confirms amounts and recipients first.
- Muse can’t change your Square account settings or bank details.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Square
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Square account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse take a payment for me?
It can initiate a Terminal checkout with your approval, but card-present payments still complete on your Square hardware.
Does it work across multiple locations?
Yes — the connector sees all locations on your seller account, so you can compare them side by side.
