LiveThe Stripe connector for Muse
Revenue questions, answered in plain language.
The Stripe connector makes your payments data conversational. Ask how the month is going, which customers are growing, or what failed payments need attention — and get numbers, not dashboards.
Founders use it as a daily pulse check: revenue, churn signals, and anomalies, without opening Stripe.
What Muse can do with Stripe
- Report revenue, charges, and refunds for any period
- Surface failed payments and dunning issues
- Look up customers and their payment history
- Flag unusual spikes or drops in volume
Try asking
- “How did revenue look last week compared to the week before?”
- “Show me customers with failed payments this month.”
- “What’s our biggest single charge this quarter?”
Safety notes
- The connector is read-only — Muse can’t move money, issue refunds, or change anything.
- Financial data stays in the conversation; Muse doesn’t export it anywhere.
How to connect Stripe
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Stripe account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse issue refunds through Stripe?
No. The Stripe connector has no write actions at all — it’s visibility only.
