Small sellers use it to kill the shipping tab shuffle: compare rates across carriers, buy the label, and track the parcel, all without leaving the conversation.

How to connect Shippo

Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Shippo account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.

Do I need separate accounts with each carrier?

No. Shippo aggregates carriers under your Shippo account, so one connection covers USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Can Muse handle international shipments?

Yes, where Shippo supports the route. Customs forms and duties depend on the carrier and destination. Muse will flag what’s needed.
