LiveThe SendGrid connector for Muse
Send email and check the stats, all from chat.
The SendGrid connector lets Muse send email through your SendGrid account and report on how it performed. Compose the message in conversation, approve it, and Muse sends it — then ask about delivery stats, bounces, and your sender profile whenever you want.
Teams use it for operational email without the ceremony: alerts, customer follow-ups, and test sends, all with SendGrid’s delivery infrastructure behind them.
What Muse can do with SendGrid
- Send single emails through your SendGrid account
- Check send statistics and engagement over time
- Investigate bounces, blocks, and spam reports
- Review sender profile and reputation signals
Try asking
- “Send a maintenance notice to our status list from the ops address.”
- “How did last week’s transactional sends perform?”
- “Check why emails to this domain keep bouncing.”
Safety notes
- Sending is approval-gated — Muse shows the full message before it goes out.
- Bulk sends should respect SendGrid’s policies and your recipients’ consent.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect SendGrid
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your SendGrid account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse run my newsletter through SendGrid?
SendGrid handles transactional and marketing email, but list management and templates live in SendGrid itself. The connector is best for sending and stats, not list building.
How do I check my sender reputation?
Ask Muse about your sender profile, it can surface the reputation signals SendGrid tracks.
