LiveThe Ramp connector for Muse
Corporate spend, visible at a glance.
The Ramp connector gives Muse a read-only view of your company’s spend: transactions, cards and their limits, users, and departments. Finance questions get answered from the actual ledger instead of exported CSVs.
Founders and ops leads use it for the weekly money check (where did it go, who spent it, and does anything look off) without waiting on a finance report.
What Muse can do with Ramp
- Review transactions across cards and time periods
- Check card limits and who holds which cards
- Break spend down by user or department
- Flag unusual or out-of-policy-looking charges
Try asking
- “How much did we spend on software last month, broken down by department?”
- “Show me all transactions over $1,000 this week.”
- “Which cards are closest to their limits right now?”
Safety notes
- Read-only — Muse can’t move money, change limits, or issue cards.
- Spend data is sensitive; keep it in the conversation and don’t forward it casually.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Ramp
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Ramp account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse approve or decline Ramp expenses?
No. The connector reads transactions, cards, users, and departments — approvals stay in Ramp’s own workflow.
Does it see personal card data?
It sees what your Ramp API access allows, typically transaction-level corporate spend. Card numbers and other sensitive fields aren’t exposed for casual reading.
