LiveThe Prusa Connect connector for Muse
Your 3D printers, checked from anywhere.
The Prusa Connect connector lets Muse read your 3D printer fleet through Prusa’s cloud. Check printer status, watch print jobs in progress, browse files, view camera snapshots, and pull statistics — your print farm, answerable by asking.
For anyone running multiple printers, it replaces the ritual of opening the dashboard: "is the big print still going, and did the other one finish?" gets answered in one message.
What Muse can do with Prusa Connect
- Check printer status: idle, printing, paused, or error
- Monitor active print jobs with progress and ETA
- Browse files stored on printers and view camera snapshots
- Pull print statistics across your fleet
Try asking
- “Are any of my printers showing errors right now?”
- “How far along is the print on the MK4?”
- “Show me the camera snapshot from the printer in the garage.”
Safety notes
- The connector reads printer state. It doesn’t start, stop, or modify prints.
- Camera snapshots may show your workspace; be mindful when sharing.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Prusa Connect
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Prusa Connect account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse pause or cancel a failing print?
No. The connector is read-only for state, jobs, files, and cameras — print control stays in Prusa Connect itself.
Does it work with printers not linked to Prusa Connect cloud?
No. Printers need to be registered with Prusa Connect for Muse to see them.
