LiveThe Postmark connector for Muse
Transactional email, sent and tracked by asking.
The Postmark connector lets Muse send transactional email and check what happened afterward. Fire off a receipt, a password reset, or a notification — then ask about delivery, opens, and bounces without opening the Postmark dashboard.
Developers use it to test and troubleshoot email flows conversationally: send a test message, verify it delivered, and dig into bounce reasons when something fails.
What Muse can do with Postmark
- Send transactional emails through your Postmark account
- Check delivery status and open tracking per message
- Investigate bounces and spam complaints
- Verify templates and sender signatures
Try asking
- “Send a test welcome email to my address and confirm it delivered.”
- “Why did yesterday’s notification batch have so many bounces?”
- “Check the delivery stats on this week’s transactional sends.”
Safety notes
- Sending email is approval-gated — Muse confirms recipients and content first.
- Sends count against your Postmark plan limits and billing.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Postmark
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Postmark account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse send bulk marketing email through Postmark?
Postmark is built for transactional mail, and the connector follows that scope. For newsletters and campaigns, use a marketing email tool instead.
How do I investigate a bounced email?
Ask Muse about the specific message or recipient, it can pull the bounce record and tell you whether it was a hard bounce, block, or complaint.
