How to connect Polar

Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Polar account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.

Can Muse refund a customer without asking me?

No. Refunds move real money, so Muse will always confirm the order, amount, and customer with you first.

Does it work with Polar’s subscription billing?

Yes — the connector can read subscription records, so Muse can report on trials, active plans, and churn signals.
