How to connect Paddle

Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Paddle account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.

Can Muse refund a customer through Paddle?

No. The connector has no write actions, refunds happen in your Paddle dashboard.

Does it show taxes and fees Paddle collected?

It reports transactions as Paddle records them. Tax specifics live in Paddle’s reports.
