LiveThe Buzzsprout connector for Muse
Your podcast, managed without opening the dashboard.
The Buzzsprout connector manages your podcast hosting from inside Muse: list and fetch episodes, create new ones, update details, delete, and grab embed players. Publishing a new episode becomes "here’s the audio and the show notes" instead of a form-filling session.
It is built for the weekly cadence — the repetitive upload-tag-publish loop that eats time every episode, compressed into a conversation.
What Muse can do with Buzzsprout
- List and fetch episodes with stats and metadata
- Create new episodes from audio and show notes
- Update titles, descriptions, and episode details
- Generate embed players for your site
Try asking
- “List my last five episodes with their download numbers.”
- “Publish the new episode: title it "The One About Pricing" and use these show notes.”
- “Update episode 42’s description to mention the sponsor.”
Safety notes
- Publishing and deleting episodes always confirm first.
- Muse works with the audio and metadata you provide — it can’t record for you.
- This is a community-built connector. Review its permissions before connecting.
How to connect Buzzsprout
Open the Muse app, go to settings, and find connectors. Link your Buzzsprout account with the standard sign-in — Muse never sees your password. Once linked, the connector is available across your conversations. You can scope it to read-only or disconnect it entirely at any time from the same screen.
Questions
Can Muse upload my audio file?
Yes, point it at the finished audio and it handles the upload, title, description, and publishing step with your confirmation.
Does it show download stats?
It can fetch episode data including the stats Buzzsprout tracks, so "how did last week’s episode do" is one question away.
