Muse Mail, the Dedicated Email Address for Your Muse, Is Reaching More Users
Users are reporting that Muse Mail, the dedicated email address for Muse that Meta previewed at its Connect conference in September, is now rolling out more widely, with a setup card appearing in the app.

Muse Mail, the dedicated email address Meta previewed for its Muse agent in September, is now reaching more users. A user reported this morning that the feature is rolling out, sharing a screenshot of a setup card in the app.
The screenshot shows a card headed “Give your Muse its own email,” with a Setup button. In the chat below it, Muse tells the user to tap Setup to create the mailbox, then say when it is done so the agent can check that the mailbox is live.
What Muse Mail Is
Meta announced it at its Connect conference on September 23. Users can add the agent to an email thread or forward items for it to handle. The Gmail and Outlook connectors Muse launched with connect the user’s own accounts.
The feature was spotted in the app before Meta announced it. TestingCatalog reported on September 18 that an unreleased Mail tab had appeared in the web interface, and Meta confirmed the plan days later at Connect. The address was one of four capabilities in that announcement, alongside live voice and video with an avatar, computer use on the Mac, and access through AI glasses.
One of the Connect Features, Now Arriving
Muse Mail is the latest of the Connect announcements to reach users. Muse Voice reached all users in the US on November 5, with phone calls and video chats with the avatar, and Mac computer use shipped earlier. Glasses access is still to come. When avatar sharing surfaced in the web app on October 25, Muse Mail was still among the features awaiting broader availability.
So far the rollout is visible only through user sightings, not a company announcement. Users who see the setup card can tap Setup to give their Muse its own mailbox.
